Clean Volvo Air Flow Sensor




Engine power was heavy, classical constraints often experienced, especially for the already pretty far distances. There are several solutions for minimizing power heavy machinery.

Water flow sensor cleaning on a regular basis, is one of the strategies of the community to address the lack of engine power. Simple tools used, only carburetor cleaner and screwdriver.

First, open the two locks of water flow and the top and bottom off the socket once contained on water flow (Fig.1). These sockets are also used to find problems in the sensor. If the indicator light on the speedometer panel lambda light sound, most likely there is a problem.





Next, remove the bolts fastening the water flow sensor using a flat-head screwdriver
(Fig.2). Now living gently to remove the sensor cleaning is done using carburetor cleaner.

Spray carburetor cleaner on the inside just enough water flow (Fig.3). "Sprayed with a distance of approximately 30 cm, and does not need too much to make it more effective. Wait until dry cleaner.

Perform installation in accordance with the previous stages. Carburetor cleaner use of good quality, will maximize the flow of water cleanup. If the indicator lamda sound still on, disconnect the positive terminal of the battery, then plug it in again to reset the sound lamda.
